Our client  MCS is looking for Lead Generation Specialist in Lahore.

MCS is seeking a driven, proactive, and professional Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with potential clients for their ERP support services. This role is ideal for individuals confident in outreach, networking, and generating new business opportunities while working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified leads for ERP services.
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
  • Present and introduce MCS services to potential clients
  • Build and nurture initial relationships with prospects
  • Schedule meetings or discovery calls with interested prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or business development is preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or agency services is a plus
  • Professional and confident approach to outreach

Working Hours

  • Fully remote with flexible working hours
  • Partial availability for client time zones when required

Compensation Structure

  • This role begins as a commission-based position
  • Attractive commission offered for each successful client/project secured

Growth Opportunity:

  • The first 2 months will be a performance-based trial period
  • Based on consistent performance and lead generation results, the role will transition to a base salary + commission structure
