Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and update social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and report insights.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner and foster community engagement.
- Create and schedule engaging multimedia content across various social platforms.
- Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns.
- Track social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with other team members on content ideas and marketing strategies.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and support administrative functions.
- Organize and maintain company documents, records, and databases.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives or team leaders.
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and notes as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management and administration.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics and key performance indicators.
- Attentive to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web traffic analysis.
