Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify potential clients and markets, and create plans to penetrate and develop these opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and deliver presentations to senior management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with 3-5 years in sales or business development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed business decisions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Availability to work in person and travel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A successful track record of achieving sales targets and growing sales revenue.
