Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with 3-5 years in sales or business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Availability to work in person and travel as needed.

Qualifications:
