Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand and meet their needs.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Participate in sales meetings, events, and training to stay updated on the latest industry trends and product information.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Sales Representative or similar role for 3-5 years.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Ability to work in-person in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
