Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand and meet their needs.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Participate in sales meetings, events, and training to stay updated on the latest industry trends and product information.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Sales Representative or similar role for 3-5 years.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Ability to work in-person in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
