Tarkine Consulting is working with an insurance client delivering an AI-led transformation program focused on claims processing and automation.

This role sits within a squad environment and combines test leadership with hands-on execution, covering end-to-end validation of AI-driven workflows.

What you'll be doing

• Owning test strategy and execution for the squad
• Designing and executing system integration and regression testing
• Validating AI-driven workflows, data mapping, and system interactions
• Managing defects and working closely with developers to resolve issues
• Leading testing efforts while contributing hands-on across the lifecycle

What we're looking for

• 5 to 10 years experience in testing within insurance environments
• Strong experience across Guidewire Claims
• Background in test planning, execution, and defect management
• Exposure to integration and API testing
• Comfortable operating as both a lead and individual contributor

Desirable

• Exposure to AI or automation-driven solutions
• Experience validating data flows and system integrations

6 month initial contract. Working on a high-profile AI program with strong internal visibility. This role suits someone who can step in, take ownership of testing outcomes, and operate across both leadership and delivery.
