Summary:
The Contract Expert is responsible for preparing, negotiating, administering, and monitoring service contracts within the company. This includes ensuring compliance with contractual terms, evaluating contractor performance, managing amendments, and resolving contract-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts.

Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance.

Handle contract amendments, renewals, and invoicing.

Liaise with contractors and resolve disputes or claims.

Analyze financial and pricing data to ensure cost efficiency.

Ensure contracts adhere to regulations and company policies.

Maintain documentation including correspondence and claims register.

Support process improvements and contract close-out.
Requirements:

Education: BSc in Computer, Mechanical, Electrical, or Telecom Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 7 years in telecommunications/ISP or network operations, with at least 3 years in contract management.

Languages: Very good command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Technical Skills:

Advanced ISP & Networking knowledge.

Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance monitoring.
