Job Summary:
The Procurement Officer is responsible for handling administrative tasks, documentation, and technical specifications related to local purchase orders. They ensure proper approvals, follow-ups on payments and shipments, and maintain accurate records aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

  • Prepare purchase orders with technical specs and terms

  • Track orders, shipments, and lead times

  • Follow up on approvals, payments, and discrepancies

  • Maintain filing systems and documentation for traceability

  • Update systems with shipping and order data

  • Ensure completeness of import documentation

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Experience: 12 years in an administrative office role

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic

  • Skills:

    • Microsoft Office proficiency

    • Knowledge of procurement, warehousing, and logistics

    • Time management, attention to detail, and organization

    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving

  • Transaction setup and error resolution time
