Job Summary:
The Procurement Officer is responsible for handling administrative tasks, documentation, and technical specifications related to local purchase orders. They ensure proper approvals, follow-ups on payments and shipments, and maintain accurate records aligned with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Prepare purchase orders with technical specs and terms

Track orders, shipments, and lead times

Follow up on approvals, payments, and discrepancies

Maintain filing systems and documentation for traceability

Update systems with shipping and order data

Ensure completeness of import documentation
Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience: 12 years in an administrative office role

Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
