Job Summary:
Global Tek is seeking a qualified Fixed Assets Accountant with proven experience in accounting and asset management. The selected candidate will be responsible for recording and processing fixed assets, preparing depreciation entries, conducting monthly reconciliations, and ensuring accurate data entry into the ERP system in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily internal usage and convert them into fixed assets or operating expenses, updating the ERP system accordingly.

Record returned assets from sites back into inventory based on remaining value.

Handle additions, transfers, and retirements of fixed assets.

Calculate and record monthly depreciation of fixed assets.

Perform monthly reconciliations of fixed asset accounts.

Review and validate capital asset invoices and apply correct accounting codes.

Communicate with suppliers, factories, and relevant departments to manage asset operations.

Contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual asset-related reports.

Support the financial setup for new branches or entities.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in fixed asset accounting.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Strong command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
