What do we do

Tashi is on an ongoing quest to demonstrate the real-world value of Web3 technology to the Web2 world via our performance, cost and security advantages. Tashi has built the fastest consensus algorithm available currently (1 Mn+ TPS and latency below 100 ms) and is building a suite of products to enable its clients and others in the web3 ecosystem to benefit from it.

What you would be required to

  • Conduct outreach to leads per month via email, phone, and in-person meetings. Pitch partnership opportunities and the company's products/services to build brand awareness and new partnerships/customers.
  • Assist the Business Development team in developing and executing annual partnership and client acquisition strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in marketing, sales, partnerships, and business development in Web3. Provide recommendations on new strategies or tools to adopt to improve lead generation and partnership results.
  • Provide ongoing support for existing partnerships and clients as needed to strengthen and expand key relationships.
  • Track and report key metrics including leads generated, partnerships formed, client acquisitions, partnership/client revenue, and ROI.
  • Maintain accurate records of all partner/client communications, strategies, metrics, and activities in the company's CRM and marketing automation tools. Ensure high data quality standards are met.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.

Your Skills

  • Experience in defining and owning Business Development preferably in Web3, Cloud, or an Infrastructure role.
  • Experience working on an entire product life cycle, from discovery to Revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the Web3 market.
  • Experience with market research and knowledge of go-to-market strategies.
  • Understanding the value of (in)formal networks, with experience in working with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to influence decision-making throughout the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
  • Strong adaptable and hands-on approach to anticipating surprises and providing solutions.
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach, with the ambition to develop both yourself and your team.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
