Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP BPC and Group Reporting implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Define and implement planning and consolidation architecture standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, and IT teams to design integrated planning and reporting solutions.
  • Manage integration with S/4HANA Universal Journal and other SAP modules.
  • Oversee development of BPC logic scripts, business rules, and data manager packages.
  • Drive adoption of SAP Group Reporting and transition from legacy consolidation tools.
  • Leverage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning and reporting use cases.
  • Provide strategic input on cloud transformation using RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP.
  • Mentor and guide a team of BPC consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls in planning and consolidation processes.

Required Skills:

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in SAP BPC (Embedded and Standard).
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP BPC, S/4HANA Group Reporting, and financial planning processes.
  • Deep understanding of consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, CDS Views, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning and Reporting.
  • Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP certification in BPC or S/4HANA Group Reporting.
  • Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Work Zone.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.
  • Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards.
