  • Role: Tier 3 Support Specialist (Nueva Ecija | Hybrid)
  • Setup: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote (flexible); night shift / 24x7 rotation.
  • Timeline: Hiring for a late February or early March start.
  • Candidate Profile: * Degree in IT or equivalent senior-level experience.

    • 5+ years in Linux administration and high-level IT support.
    • Must possess a personal remote work setup (PC and backup internet).
    • Background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) is a plus.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Systems: Advanced Linux/Windows Server setup, hardening (SELinux), and security best practices.
    • Virtualization/Cloud: VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, and Azure.
    • Automation: Scripting and Ansible.
    • Apps: Microsoft 365, SQL, SharePoint, and Local Exchange.

  • Primary Duties:

    • Escalation Leadership: Resolve the most complex server and network issues escalated from lower tiers.
    • Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, and maintain systems and networking hardware.
    • Proactive Maintenance: Perform system audits, patch management, and hardware/software upgrade recommendations.
    • Compliance & Documentation: Strictly follow SOPs, manage on-call rotations, and build internal knowledge bases.
    • Collaboration: Support project migrations and cross-team upgrades.
