• At least 3 years of experience as WFM or RTA

Job Description: 

• Maintain and update headcount and capacity planners to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop accurate forecasts for volume, productivity, and shrinkages.
• Generate comprehensive monthly reports for individual accounts.
• Validate hiring decisions and internal transfers to maintain optimal staffing.
• Analyze scheduling outcomes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on capacity planning and recruitment.
• Lead, mentor, and train team members to enhance their performance.
