Accounting Supervisor (Hybrid Setup)

Location: Ayala (will transition to McKinley, Taguig)
Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Work Set Up: Hybrid (once training is completed)

MUST HAVE Skills/Qualifications:

• Accounting graduate (non-negotiable)
• 3+ years of experience, preferably in BPO
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, etc.)
• Good communication skills
• Data manipulation (large files)
• Journal entries, balance sheet, GL management, reconciliation
• Financial reporting & invoicing
• Accruals & closing support (monthly/quarterly/annual)
• Financial analysis 
• Can start ASAP
