  • At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Operations Manager (BPO)
  • Must have experience in Startup BPO operations as a Technical Operations Manager
  • Has experience managing at least 10 FTEs of Helpdesk Support
  • Knowledgeable with Payment ecosystem, cybersecurity, tech support, and product services development (FinTech)
  • Preferably available to start immediately
