Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Operations Manager (BPO)
- Must have experience in Startup BPO operations as a Technical Operations Manager
- Has experience managing at least 10 FTEs of Helpdesk Support
- Knowledgeable with Payment ecosystem, cybersecurity, tech support, and product services development (FinTech)
- Preferably available to start immediately
