Requirements:

• MUST BE a graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of training experience in BPO/shared services industry (4 years total BPO experience)
• Preferably with background or knowledge in Tech Support (CS and Tech Domain)
  
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Preferably available to start immediately
