Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of BPO experience as an Assistant Training Manager or equivalent in the Banking Domain (Insurance and Mortgage)
  • Graduate of a Bachelors Degree
  • C1 and above language profile
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies
  • Certifications in training and development are a plus

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Coaching and mentoring

Core Domain Knowledge:

  • Understanding of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) products and services

Training Needs Analysis:

  • Expertise in identifying training needs through various methods
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, measure ROI, and make data-driven improvements

Quality Assurance (QA) & Performance Management:

  • Understanding of how training impacts quality and performance metrics
  • Ability to work with QA and operations teams to align training with business goals and compliance standards

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
