Oracle EPM - Manager

Work Location: Makati City

Schedule: Dayshift (Hybrid setup)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in Oracle EPM.
• 5+ full project lifecycles delivered successfully.
• Proven team leadership and people management capability.
• Experience in business development and presales engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end‑to‑end Oracle EPM project delivery, ensuring on‑time and high‑quality outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships.
• Lead requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation of Oracle EPM applications.
• Drive full-cycle Oracle EPM deployments across modules such as Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, PCM, and EDM.
• Ensure all outputs meet best‑practice standards.
