Were looking for a BPO Trainer who can deliver engaging training, strengthen team capabilities, and drive operational success through learning.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Background in Travel, prioritize candidates with experience handling Expedia accounts.
• At least 2 years of BPO Process Trainer experience is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering training materials including presentation materials, training guides/manuals, course evaluations, etc.
• Coordinating training schedule based on training requirements
• Positions on this level have comprehensive knowledge of the specific discipline or the broader area in which the position operates.
• Executes specialized projects and activities and typically works according to set principles.
• Usually generates and initiates own workload and doesnt need instructions or guidelines.
• Might also supervise work of less experienced professionals providing professional expertise and taking responsibility for the end product.
• Positions at this level are expected to significantly improve the day-to-day activities/processes.
