Responsibilities:
- Share agile project planning methodology and sprint review practices with functional project leads.
- Guide project leads in project initiation, detailed planning, and defining clear OKRs.
- Support project leads in preparing and documenting sprint review updates.
- Lead and own assigned functional projects from concept through execution, including identifying project teams and developing project plans.
- Monitor project execution, identify risks or roadblocks, and escalate key decisions when required.
- Establish the critical path, governance framework, and cadence for all functional projects.
- Set up and lead sprint reviews with the steering committee and broader project stakeholders.
- Manage communication routines, including project team meetings, steering committee updates, and progress alignment across stakeholders.
- Shape and refine project scopes based on evolving business needs, including process
improvement initiatives. - Define OKRs and develop lead/lag measures to track project performance.
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery governance.
Requirements:
- A completed university or college degree is required.
- Holds self - accountable for complying with policies, procedures, and work requirements.
