Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Setup: Hybrid (1x onsite)
Schedule: 6PM to 3AM
Responsibilities:
- Design standards and solutions in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) incl. add-ons in the areas of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting and financial supply chain management and touchpoints to related other modules
- Manage local and legal requirements: Ensure fulfilment of business needs from the different customers within the location, Business Area and Group Sector CT and country-specific rules and regulations while enforcing standardization within the designed IMpaCT template
- Support rollout team and local key user organization: Act as consultant for the template processes and SAP capabilities
- Design, test and communicate continuous improvements of the template
- Design and support master data governance: Take ownership about the global chart of accounts and financially relevant data in other master data objects
- Support system upgrades and system enhancements as needed
- Align with IT Operations on tickets and template changes from locations already live in S/4HANA
Qualifications:
- At least 4+ years of related experience
- Academic degree in Business Administration (or Information Technology) or comparable qualification
- Design standards and solutions in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) incl. add-ons in the areas of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting and financial supply chain management and touchpoints to related other modules
- Experience with SAP FI and related modules
- Project management (ideally in SAP rollout project)
