Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of SAP Project Systems implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
  • Configure SAP PS functionalities including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Network Activities, Milestone Billing, and Cost Planning to support diverse project needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration with other SAP modules, such as FI, CO, MM, and SD.
  • Participate in client workshops to gather and analyze requirements, perform FIT-GAP analysis, and assist in developing functional specifications.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of WRICEF (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) objects in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Support testing activities (SIT, UAT), data migration processes, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth project transitions.
  • Provide guidance on leveraging SAP PS best practices and innovations for enhanced project management.
  • Mentor junior team members and support capability development within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 7 years of experience in SAP, with a focus on SAP Project Systems and involvement in at least 1 full-cycle SAP implementation.
  • Solid understanding of SAP PS configuration, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Network Activities, Project Scheduling, and Resource Management.
  • Experience in integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, and SD.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and basic knowledge of Agile principles.
  • Experience with the latest SAP S/4HANA enhancements in project systems is advantageous.

Certifications

  • SAP Certified Application Associate – Project Systems (Preferred).
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) (Desirable).

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
