Work Location: Makati City
Schedule: Dayshift (Hybrid setup)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM.
- With full-cycle Fusion SCM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements, analyze gaps, and recommend SCM solutions.
- Support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations (design, configuration, testing, go‑live).
- Configure key SCM modules: Inventory, Order Management, PIM, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement.
- Deliver user training and prepare process documentation.
- Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations.
