Roles & responsibilities

Solution Design & Advanced Configuration: Lead the end-to-end design and oversee configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including complex Data Streams, DMOs, Calculated Insights, and advanced segmentation strategies. Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.

Strategic Consulting & Client Engagement: Conduct high-level workshops with senior stakeholders to define customer 360 strategies, data unification models, and personalized engagement use cases. Provide strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives.

Integration Architecture & Oversight: Architect and validate integrations between Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, and external systems. Ensure robust API and middleware configurations for real-time data activation.

Project Management & Quality Assurance: Manage multiple projects, oversee delivery timelines, and review configurations for accuracy and compliance. Implement risk mitigation strategies and maintain documentation standards.

Team Leadership & Capability Building: Mentor junior consultants, drive internal knowledge sharing, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives. Promote innovation and adoption of emerging Salesforce Data Cloud features.


Mandatory technical skills

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Data Cloud solution design and advanced configuration, including complex Data Streams, DMOs, identity resolution strategies, Calculated Insights, and audience segmentation.
  • Expertise in integration architecture and deployment management, including API/middleware patterns, event-driven data flows, and real- time activation across Salesforce and external ecosystems.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, governance, and best practices for scalable enterprise data solutions.
  • Proficiency in establishing data quality frameworks, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for ingestion and segmentation workloads.
  • Familiarity with cross-cloud orchestration (Marketing, Sales, Service Cloud) and CI/CD practices for configuration deployments.

Qualifications

Educational qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech/MBA
  • 4 - 9 years of total experience in Salesforce consulting and delivery roles.
  • Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant) preferred.
  • Prior experience in a consulting environment or Big 4 setup is desirable.
