Schedule: Monday to Friday; 7:30AM - 6PM (Compressed Workweek)

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, digital marketing, brand management, and market analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven experience in marketing management, with proven experience leading campaigns and teams.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and lead generation.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a dynamic business environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign performance against KPIs.
