Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3x onsite / week) | Cebu

Shift Schedule | Restdays: Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• Driving process improvements/transformation using different levers like Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, etc.
• Effective operation control through monitoring, risk identification and mitigation.
• Effective and seamless transition management by highlighting and tackling crtical items with Quality and other aspects.
• Drive ideation, and small and large-scale projects.
• Effectively lead and guide a team of Black Belts.

Key Skills Required:

• At least 2 years in College
• Required atleast Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
• 5 to 7 years' of related work experience in process excellence/improvement
• Preferred healthcare industry experience but open to any industry exposure (manufacturing, engineering, and etc.)
