Job Overview: Associate Trainer
Location: Fully Onsite (BGC, Taguig) | Schedule: Shifting Schedules
Core Responsibilities
- Instructional Design: Apply end-to-end methodologies to design, develop, and maintain high-quality training curricula and content.
- Training Delivery: Execute engaging training sessions using diverse and effective facilitation techniques.
- Needs Analysis & Research: Conduct ethical research to accurately identify performance gaps and training requirements.
- Performance Support: Provide post-training floor support to reinforce learning and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Evaluate data from various sources to resolve complex issues and propose multi-faceted solutions for stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate of any four-year degree program.
- Professional Experience: * A minimum of 4 years of total BPO experience.
- At least 2 years specifically as a trainer (BPO or shared services).
- A total of 3 years of experience focusing on soft skills and customer service training.
- Domain Expertise: Strong background in Customer Service (CS) and Communications; a background in Technical Support is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) for documentation and reporting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a professional, "lead-by-example" attitude.
