Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years in college w/o back subjects
  • Level of Proficiency: B1 (Intermediate)
  • Must have a copy of certificate reflecting your proficiency level
  • With minimum 1 year BPO Experience
  • Open for non-native speakers and with 13A visa
  • Good English and Spanish communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
  • Willing to work on night shift schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality support to Spanish- and English-speaking customers.
  • Communicating with clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Translating documents, videos, or materials for accuracy and context.
  • Managing projects or assisting with sales and marketing campaigns in Spanish.
  • Documenting customer interactions, complaints, or transactions in a CRM system.
