Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in college w/o back subjects
- Level of Proficiency: B1 (Intermediate)
- Must have a copy of certificate reflecting your proficiency level
- With minimum 1 year BPO Experience
- Open for non-native speakers and with 13A visa
- Good English and Spanish communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
- Willing to work on night shift schedule
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality support to Spanish- and English-speaking customers.
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Translating documents, videos, or materials for accuracy and context.
- Managing projects or assisting with sales and marketing campaigns in Spanish.
- Documenting customer interactions, complaints, or transactions in a CRM system.
