• At least have 2 years of experience as Team Lead
• Must have Collections experience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze workload and plan capacity according to company guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage customer credit proactively in collaboration with leadership.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Data teams to ensure success.
• Oversee collections to improve receivables metrics.
• Ensure accurate and timely audit compliance.
• Handle and resolve escalations professionally.
