Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP SCM implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client supply chain transformation goals.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across SAP SCM modules and technical streams.
  • Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment with supply chain processes.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery practices.
  • Oversee integration of SCM modules with S/4HANA and SAP BTP components.
  • Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based SCM transformation.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
  • Mentor junior consultants and project leads in SCM delivery excellence.

Required Skills:

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in project management roles.
  • Strong functional understanding of SAP SCM modules MM, SD, PP, EWM, and TM.
  • Proven experience in managing full-cycle SAP S/4HANA SCM implementations.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile project delivery.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
  • SAP certification in any SCM module or S/4HANA.
  • Exposure to SAP IBP, SAP Signavio, or SAP LeanIX.
  • Experience in managing hybrid delivery models and global rollouts.
