Business Analyst (Hybrid) | Mandaluyong

Work Setup: Hybrid - Onsite every Tuesday and Thursday, with occasional onsite work on Fridays as needed (around once or twice a month)

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM

Work Location: Mandaluyong City

The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for the delivery of projects to support the business objectives and set customer experience. You will also be interacting closely with external stakeholders and the internal business team to understand project requirements and prepare the necessary documentation for the development team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science/information technology, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst
• Experience in handling E-commerce or loyalty projects is a plus
• Ability to think out of the box and drive innovation
• An Agile mindset with experience working in an Agile environment
• Organized and has keen attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities
• Knowledgeable in using Jira, Monday, Balsamiq, Microsoft/Google tools, or similar tools

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between the business team (e.g. Product Owner, Operations) and the project team (Developers and Testers) in all areas of support and enhancements
• Participate in driving product roadmaps and determining prioritization of the product backlog; break down the requirements into consumable user stories for the development team
• Develop wireframes or mockups that can showcase the user journey
• Well-versed in documenting functional specifications to support the business rules or user stories set by stakeholders
