Lead Full Stack Developer - AWS (WFH/Remote) | Midshift Exp

Work Setup: WFH

Training Sched and Setup: Nightshift, and might be asked to report onsite

Schedule: MIDSHIFT 3 PM-12 MN MLA

Must Have Qualifications:

• Experience working on a Mid-shift schedule
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  
• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript practices 
• Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or similar) 
• Experience with SQL databases, ORM technologies (SQLAlchemy), and GraphQL (Apollo Client and Python-based servers)
• Proficiency with UI component libraries (particularly Mantine or similar)
• Experience with form management in complex React applications
• Strong understanding of state management patterns, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies
• Experience with build systems, module bundlers, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for technical discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in advertising technology or marketing analytics
• Knowledge of budget management and financial data systems
• Experience developing multi-app workspaces or monorepos
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries and techniques
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience with a real-time data processing system
