Senior SAP HCM (Payroll) Consultant

Work Location: Makati City

Schedule: Dayshift (Hybrid setup)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in SAP HCM, with deep expertise in the Payroll module.
• Solid background in end‑to‑end payroll implementation, configuration, and support across diverse projects.
• Proven experience working on global SAP SuccessFactors deployments, particularly Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Strong practical knowledge of Point-to-Point (PTP) Integration and the Payroll Control Center (PCC).
• Demonstrated experience in Cloud Payroll / SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
