Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English, delivering exemplary support through phone, chat, or email.

- Help resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and address concerns with professionalism and precision.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely, clear, and helpful solutions.

- Record customer interactions and feedback in an organized and efficient manner.

- Collaborate with team members to guarantee smooth and effective service delivery.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish and English.

- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service setting is preferred but not required.

- Must currently reside in Cebu City or the surrounding Cebu province (or be willing to relocate).

- Availability for a screening interview and reachable for further communication.
