TASQ is currently seeking a Knowledgebase Manager for the Financial Service Desk in Taguig. The pre-screening interview will be conducted via phone.

**Position Overview: Knowledgebase Manager - Service Desk Financial (Taguig)**

**Work Setup:** Onsite (BGC Taguig)

**Requirements:**

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a service desk line of business within the BPO industry.

- At least 2 years of experience in managing a knowledge base (KB).

- Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and updating knowledge base articles for a service desk account.

- ITIL Certification is an advantage.

- Experience in web design is also beneficial.
