TASQ is looking for an English-speaking Patient Care Navigator to work on-site in Cebu City. The pre-screening interview will be held over the phone, so please ensure your line is accessible.

**Qualifications:**
- Completed college education or an Associate Degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO setting handling inbound/outbound calls
**Duties:**
- Receive inbound calls from injured workers and/or supervisors, greet callers warmly and professionally to deliver excellent customer service, and quickly route calls requiring triage to the appropriate queue.
- Follow standard operating procedures, protocols, algorithms, and customer directives while gathering relevant information from injured workers or supervisors and providing the necessary details to the caller.
- Enter information about injured workers into the Triage software application, ensuring that it accurately represents the specifics of each inbound/outbound call.
- Maintain clear and effective verbal communication with callers, employing appropriate questioning techniques and asking for clarification when needed.
- Understand and apply all client-specific instructions that arise during the call, gathering or sharing information with injured workers and/or supervisors as directed.
