  • Resolving Billing Discrepancies
  • Reconciliations
  • Month-End Closing
  • Financial Reporting
  • Accounting Tools: SAP/Oracle

Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management: Creating and sending invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Payment Processing: Receiving and recording payments, applying them to the correct customer accounts, and depositing funds.
  • Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconciling customer accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Collections: Monitoring outstanding balances, contacting customers with overdue payments, and following up on collections efforts.
