Requirements:

- Processing of Payments, Invoices and Collections
- Cash Flow Analysis
- Resolving Billing Discrepancies
- Reconciliations
- Month-End Closing
- Financial Reporting
- Accounting Tools: SAP/Oracle
Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Creating and sending invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Payment Processing: Receiving and recording payments, applying them to the correct customer accounts, and depositing funds.
- Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconciling customer accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Collections: Monitoring outstanding balances, contacting customers with overdue payments, and following up on collections efforts.
