Job Opportunity: English-Speaking Call Center Agents in Cebu City
TASQ is urgently hiring call center agents to work on-site in Cebu City. The initial screening interview will be conducted over the phone.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English
High school graduate (old curriculum) or higher
Open to applicants with or without experience
Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
Must be okay to be assigned in retail, travel, insurance, finance, or telco accounts
Account A
*Applicants must be HS graduates or higher
*BPO experience preferred, but not required
Account B
*HS/SHS Grad, at least 1YR call center experience (must have a Driver's License)
*HS/SHS Grad, 1YR GDS EXP (Amadeus, Sabre & Apollo ONLY)
*2 years completed in college, at least 1 years call center experience
*2 years completed in college, at least 2 years call center experience / 2 years completed in college, 1 year Financial background in a BPO Setting
*2 years completed in college, at least 2 years call center experience/College Graduate, at least 1 year call center experience; Highly preferred with Insurance background
Account C
Qualifications:
- not a job hopper
- at least HS Graduates (old curriculum)

Demonstrated success as a top sales performer in previous roles, with a record of exceeding sales targets and receiving recognitions or awards for exceptional performance.
Strong sales skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
Excellent Communication Skills.
