TASQ is looking for a lead cloud engineer specializing in infrastructure to work remotely from 5 PM to 2 AM Philippine Time. Due to logistical reasons, only applicants based in the Philippines will be considered for this role.

**Position Overview:**
The lead cloud engineer will primarily oversee the technical delivery of client projects, facilitate architectural design discussions, mentor team members involved in implementation, manage client expectations, and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment. This role serves as a career pathway for senior cloud engineers aiming to lead end-to-end client engagements.
**Team Development Responsibilities:**
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on infrastructure engagement methodologies.
- Support skill development and confidence building within a coaching model.
- Strengthen relationships internally across cloud infrastructure teams (delivery, solution architecture) and externally.
**Delivery Support Functions:**
- Lead technical delivery with strong consultative skills across multiple client projects.
- Collaborate with Delivery Excellence to ensure project milestones are met and key client decisions are captured.
- Demonstrate comprehensive technical expertise in Azure technologies such as Log Analytics (KQL), Application Insights, Azure Site Recovery, Backup, Security, Networking (Application Gateways, Front Door, Firewall, VWAN), Storage, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation (Terraform, Bicep), Sentinel, App Services, Containers (AKS), Managed Instances, Azure SQL, DNS, Virtual Desktop + Nerdio, and Files.
- Possess a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure solutions and their deployment using tools like Bicep or Terraform.
- Support the team in resolving project blockers, managing change requests, and maintaining technical alignment across practice areas.
- Stay informed about emerging cloud technologies and assess their relevance to the company's offerings.
- Hold an AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification.
**Business Development & Practice Growth:**
- Engage with other practice areas to identify new opportunities within existing infrastructure projects.
- Propose new cloud infrastructure and security solutions.
- Lead and support infrastructure practice committees to define and promote best practices.
**Growth & Expansion Goals:**
- Build trust as a trusted advisor across multiple accounts to support growth via a land & expand strategy, keeping the team engaged with successful projects.
- Lead multiple engagements to scale the infrastructure team's capabilities.
- Assist colleagues in early issue resolution to prevent escalations.
