Job Overview: Operations Supervisor (Cebu)
Shift: Shifting (mostly night shifts)
Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu)
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience in general customer service (post-sale tech and non-tech support for business and consumer).
- Experience with remote customer service (phone, chat, text).
- Call center experience with high-volume, low-complexity inquiries.
- Experience analyzing and resolving customer issues (office setting, lower volume, complex inquiries).
- Experience in distribution center customer service (returns, field service support).
- Experience as a liaison between customers and production/distribution for orders.
- Experience providing technical and non-technical support in a walk-in service center.
- This is not a sales-compensated role.
- Must have a strong understanding of the relevant area and handle specialized projects following guidelines.
