Project Coordinator (Creative Design) | Taguig

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in creative production/project coordination
• Strong stakeholder communication and project management skills
• Familiar with Jira, Adobe Workfront, and design basics
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Comfortable with EMEA shift
• Remote-ready or able to work onsite in BGC

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
2. Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
3. Team Support: Collaborate with project teams, including designers and other specialists, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
4. Client Communication: Support client interactions by providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing inquiries.
5. Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and materials to complete their tasks.
