**Qualifications:**

- Strong experience in telecommunications accounts and BPO sales.

- Ability to mentor sales agents and teams to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction through training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

- Create and implement effective sales training programs and materials regarding company products, business practices, and contact center operations.

- Facilitate ongoing training sessions and coaching that emphasize sales strategies, customer communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Offer individual and group coaching to boost sales performance, communication abilities, and customer service.

- Examine sales data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes and strategies.
