About the job Call Center Agent - Spanish Bilingual - Taguig
TASQ is looking for Spanish-speaking bilingual call center agents who are prepared to work on-site in Taguig, starting May 12.

**In this role, you will:**
- Assist customers by empathetically addressing their inquiries or concerns regarding financial products and services via various communication channels, including phone, text, chat, and video chat, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Work alongside the customer service team to carry out moderately complex support tasks.
- Minimize risk by following all policies and procedures and staying informed of any updates.
- Promote digital services such as online statement delivery, e-signature paperwork, and other digital options as required.
- Receive guidance from the customer service supervisor and escalate non-routine inquiries as necessary.
**Required Qualifications:**
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Centers, or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
**Desired Qualifications:**
- At least two years of college completed.
- Over 2 years of experience as a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
- Foreign applicants must hold a valid work visa.
**Job Expectations:**
- Must complete the entire required training period.
- Availability to work additional hours as needed.
- On-site work at the specified location is mandatory.
- Flexibility with the work schedule and arrangements is necessary.
