Mandarin Sales Specialist

Job title: Mandarin Sales Specialist (URGENT)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:30am 7:30pm (Fixed weekends off, No work on holidays)

Work set-up: Onsite, Pasig

Job Summary:

Mandarin Sales Specialist/Consultant is persuasive, customer service oriented & has passion for Sales. Open for Mandarin speaker w/ Sales experience any nationality but preferably based in the Philippines already but open for a relocation arrangement.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism

- Understand and demonstrate knowledge in market trends and competition

- Contact all the assigned clients by both telephone and email

- Increase Sales with regular follow up calls and schedule clients

- Build rapport, listen, clarify and manage conversational flow

- Help customers/client to show their trade situation & market trend

- Provide satisfactory solution to customers/client issues

- Meet and/or exceed quotas

Job Specifications:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Preferably with at least a year of work experience in the call center industry handling Sales

- Strong conflict resolution skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

- Advanced organizational skills

- Preferably at least 1+ years of experience in a similar role/Outbound/Telemarketing/Online Trading

- Fluently speaking in Mandarin and intermediate in English (written) / basic English in spoken

- Highly self-motivated

- Working knowledge of CRM systems

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

- Must have a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and a team player

- Willing to work on-site at Ortigas Center, Pasig City. (near SM Mega Mall & San Miguel Bldg.)
