Team Lead - Service Desk 

  • Must be a bachelor's graduate of any technical course(prefer IT courses)
  • IT Service Desk experience who managed 20 FTEs and has at least 3-5yrs Team Lead experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills (O365/VPN/Skype/Printer/Active Directory/MS Office etc)
  • Understanding of Windows 7 & 10 operating system
  • Assisting with configuring/troubleshooting Software and Hardware
  • Experience working with ServiceNow to log, track, and close tickets
  • Experience in resolving IT issues via phone/email/chat
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Amenable to work on-site and can start ASAP
