Educational Requirement: At least 2nd-year undergraduate or college graduate
Work Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Team Lead in any voice line of business, preferably in the retail sector
Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Handling recruitment, training, performance appraisals, scheduling, and addressing employee concerns.
- Customer Relations: Engaging with customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Operational Support: Assisting with inventory management, maintaining store standards, ensuring safety protocols, and supporting overall business efficiency.
- Communication and Coordination: Serving as a link between management and staff by relaying information, implementing policies, and facilitating effective communication.
