  • At least 2 years of experience as a Real-Time Analyst.
  • Preferred experience with workforce management tools such as IEX, Verint, or Genesys.
  • Proficient in managing real-time adherence and scheduling tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (must be able to utilize formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions)
