Position Title: Communications Trainer (Cebu) | Hybrid
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite during training period) in Cebu

Shift Schedule: 12 PM - 9 PM | Fixed weekends off

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent (High school/senior high school)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer in any industry
  • Open to process trainers, even those from non-BPO backgrounds
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Exposure to American culture is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Assessment: Assess the current communication skills of individuals or teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Curriculum Development: Create training materials, workshops, lesson plans, and resources tailored to specific communication needs.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct workshops, classes, and seminars to teach effective communication techniques, including public speaking, interpersonal skills, professional development, and interview skills.
  • Feedback & Coaching: Offer constructive feedback and coaching during sessions to help trainees enhance their verbal, written, listening, and body language skills.
