About the job Bilingual CSR - Cebu (Arabic and English)
TASQ is looking for bilingual call center agents who are fluent in both Arabic and English for immediate on-site positions in Cebu City.
**Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**
**Work Arrangement:** On-Site
**Work Schedule:** Flexible Shifts
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Address incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and related services.
- Provide thorough and accurate information about travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel packages.
- Assist clients in making reservations and bookings, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Handle customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating more complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
- Stay updated on current travel industry trends, regulations, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with travel arrangements and address any feedback or concerns post-travel.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to meet customer needs and improve the overall travel experience.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO customer service role is REQUIRED.
- Experience in customer service within the travel industry is a PLUS.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English.
