**Educational Requirements:**
- Must be a college graduate (preferably in Pharmacy, Life Science, or Biomedical Engineering).
**Work Experience:**
- Over 4 years of experience as a Team Lead.
- Preferred experience in healthcare, particularly with insurance, claims processing, and US benefits.
- Experience in handling complaints related to medical technology is required.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, 21 CFR, and EUMDR standards.
