Senior Accountant | Day Shift | Hybrid | Pasay

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x a week RTO at Mall of Asia, Pasay)
Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors/College Degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related business course
• At least 3 years of experience in Financial Services (End-to-End General Accounting, US GAAP)
• Proven experience in preparing Financial Statements
• Knowledge and understanding of Loan and Credit
• Fund Accounting background is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and financial statements

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify client reports, reconcile financial discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Monitor portfolio quality, manage client transitions, and reconcile funding requests to detect and address irregularities
• Train new hires, assist with daily operations, and collaborate on process improvements to enhance team efficiency
• Provide backup support during associate absences and assist leadership with special projects and report reviews
• Regularly engage with leadership to propose and implement operational efficiency improvements
